1) I am losing again, so yesterday's setback wasn't really a big deal, just as I thought.
2) I finally feel AWESOME. Not too hungry, really alert and energetic, really upbeat and hopeful. I have read so many people who say the diet makes them feel this way, and I think I got a glimpse of this awesome feeling yesterday, but today it is in full effect. I feel fucking great! It took 9 days to feel great, but I finally do!

Good luck to everyone else this week! Don't worry, I'll still keep posting and rambling even when I have less to complain about.
P.S. For lunch today, I had one egg+3 egg whites scrambled instead of my usual meat. I believe this is "allowed." But if I have a gain tomorrow, that could be why.
I'm so glad you're doing great, Kat, and especially that you are really feeling good. Me, too. It's super wonderful, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI think small tweaks (I think I read about the egg thing too) are allowed, especially if they don't cause losing problems in an individual.
Peace, O
